Testbed Sweden for Precision Health in Cancer is a system demonstrator
Testbed Sweden for Precision Health in Cancer is a system demonstrator of how to introduce concrete precision medicine activities into the Swedish healthcare system in a way that is sustainable and just.
The Testbed is a joint undertaking by the relevant stakeholders covering the full pentahelix: different authorities belonging to the public sector, various academic partners, different healthcare organisations, actors from the private sector, civil society with patient organisations, organisations supporting innovation, and a convening function. By now, the initiative is also connected internationally, to PCM4EU - Personalised Cancer Medicine for all EU citizens and PRIME-ROSE, two European projects funded under the EU4health/ Beating Cancer Plan and the Horizon Europe/ EU Cancer Mission. And it is a concrete example of what mission-driven innovation in health can achieve!
