It is important that clinical trials are developed in a way that supports the integration of PCM into the health system. Each subsection of the framework includes main questions, to help users plan and run trials which consider future implementation of care.

The Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland) are setting up national clinical precision cancer trials together, modeled on the very successful DRUP trial in the Netherlands.
