WP 2 – Precision Diagnostics

SciLifeLab and GMS will designs, adapts, and deliver appropriate high-throughput molecular tests including bioinformatics solutions to clinical trials within Testbed Sweden. Taking advantage of the GMS National Genomics Platform for data sharing, the next generation of precision diagnostic tools will be developed.

Key Activities & Deliverables:

  • Study design for specific clinical trials, incl. the National PCM Study Sweden.

  • Technical parameters of methodologies developed and implemented for molecular tumour profiling and monitoring made available to clinical studies.

  • National Bioinformatic pipelines for established analysis.

  • A model for national MTBs.

  • A dedicated database for molecular data within the National Genomic Platform
